You can exchange any product within 20 days from the date of receipt, provided that the product is still new and in excellent condition and has not been washed or used. If the delivery guy reaches you and he found out that the piece did not meet these conditions, we will not be able to make the exchange.

exchange process takes up to 3 days from the date of your request for the exchange.
You will have to pay 3 JD as a delivery fee when exchanging the order.
Exchange is free in the following cases:
-If we have sent you the wrong product, or the wrong measurement.
-If there is a manufacturing defect in the product or you received it in poor condition.
Returns
You can request a return within 10 days from the date of receipt, provided that the product is still new and in excellent condition and has not been washed or used.
Retrieving your order is by placing a balance in your account within our website, you can use this balance at any time possible, we would like to inform you that we cannot provide a service to return the value of the order in cash.
