Exchange
You can exchange any item within 14 days of receipt, provided it is still new, in excellent condition, and has not been washed or used. If the delivery person finds the item does not meet these conditions, we will not be able to process the exchange.
To exchange, please contact us by phone or WhatsApp at 0796771487 or 0793535373, and send us your order number from the website. Our team will fulfill your request as quickly as possible.

If you request an exchange online, the exchange will be processed within 3 days of your request.
A delivery fee of 3 JOD will be charged for exchanging an order.
Exchanges are free in the following cases:
If we sent you the wrong product or size.
If the product has a manufacturing defect or arrived in poor condition.
Returns
